New listings – what a difference a week makes
There is a saying that a week is a long time in politics – well the same has been true in the real estate market locally. Last week I was lamenting the lack of sellers, but this post-Easter week has seen a flood of houses coming to the market. In total in the four towns below, there are 61 new listings this week, more than double last week’s number:

New listings slow to a trickle
