Since 2001, the highest quarterly median price in Essex County has been registered in Q3 (July-September) 17 times and in Q2 4 times. Not once in either Q1 or Q4. And the lowest median price has been achieved in Q1 in 18 of the last 21 years.
Is the market seasonal in Essex County? I guess the numbers tell us the answer.
