Georgetown 2016 Housing Market By The Numbers

Single Family Homes (SFH)
The median price of a SFH sold in Georgetown in 2016 was $389,000. a decline of 5% from the 2015 level, but overall prices have been stable for the last several years. The peak level in 2004 reflected a number of new developments of more expensive homes.

Sales have also been quite stable, albeit at a somewhat lower level than the 2004 peak.

Condos
The condo market in Georgetown is too small for a median price calculation to be meaningful. There were 8 sales in each of the last two years and a total of 31 since 2011 in the following price ranges:
