Marblehead home buyers gaining on sellers

On January 1 there were 51 Single Family Homes (SFH) for sale in Marblehead. Year to date there have been 35 new listings, so how many homes are for sale today? The answer is 46. Which means that 40 homes (51+35-46) this year have been sold, or are pending or have been withdrawn. Now is a great time to be a seller.
