Top Towns by Sales Increase

19 of Essex County’s 34 cities and towns saw double-digit sales increase for the first 8 months of 2015 compared with the same period of 2014:

Top Towns by Price Increase
Only 5 towns, however, saw a double digit price increase (and three of these are towns with a small number of sales):

As always there are variations – quite wide in some cases – from town to town. Note, however, that the largest percentage increases in both sales and median prices tend to occur in towns with a relatively small number of sales.
This report is meant as an overall guide to activity in Essex County’s 34 cities and towns.
