But I thought you only wrote about Marblehead

Last night a friend, who lives in Swampscott, said when I told him I was publishing my Swampscott Mid-Year Housing Review “but I thought you only wrote about Marblehead.”

As I told my friend, I maintain statistics on all 34 Essex County cities and towns. While I publish regularly on Marblehead, Beverly, Salem and Swampscott individually, and Essex County overall, I monitor all towns – and not just in Essex County. I have provided market reports to buyers and sellers from Amesbury to Andover to Revere, as well as for Middlesex County.

And I write on national topics such as mortgage markets and flood insurance.

While my subject matter can be a little dry…..I try to inject humour whenever possible, and also cover broader real estate -related subjects. Recent articles have covered pub-sheds, John Kerry’s new neighbor, staging a house like the Greenbrier and Bruce Willis’s Idaho ski house.

Whatever your interest in real estate, from detailed statistics about your town to casual interest in lifestyles of the rich and famous, there should be something for you in the pages of www.OliverReports.com.
