Marblehead housing market: “there’s nothing to buy”
If only the snow would shrink as quickly as Marblehead’s housing inventory.
Buyers are surprising active given the weather:
While sellers appear to have hibernated: there are just 19 houses for sale currently under $1 million.
With mortgage rates moving up from their recent lows, the activity already so far this year suggests there could be very strong buying activity this spring. If you are thinking of selling this could be a great opportunity.

I am very happy we followed your advice last summer and did not put off our house search until the fall. Given the current market it is highly doubtful we would be able to get into Marblehead and it’s only been 7 months since we closed on our home.
Thank you! Glad it has worked out so well for you.
