Swampscott Condo Owners: Now is the Time to Sell
In the last 3 years 198 condos sold in Swampscott, or 66 each year on average. So far in 2017, 14 have sold and 16 more are pending – i.e. offers have been accepted but the sale has not closed yet.
And how many are available for sale today? Just 2. Yep. 2. This week alone 5 have gone under agreement. And those 2? One is priced at $1.7 million and one under $300,000. And nothing in any of the developments around Vinnin Square.
